The mission of the Building and Grounds Team is to support the success of the ministry Groups while reviewing the impacts to the physical resources of the church.

The Building and Grounds Team consists of five voting members, including the Vice Moderator for Building and Grounds, and such other members as may be elected or appointed.

The Building and Grounds Team identifies the maintenance needs of the buildings and grounds, develops and implements periodic preventive maintenance, provides direct oversight of contractors and services, and negotiates agreements for use of Church facilities.

The mission of the Financial Administration Team is to support the success of the Ministry Groups while considering the fiscal and financial impact to the church the provide financing or guidance in the funding of Ministry Groups.

The Financial Administration Team consists of five (5) voting members, including the Vice-Moderator for Financial Administration, and such other members as may be elected or appointed.

The Financial Administration Team develops and implements financial standards and controls, invests the church’s funds, prepares an annual budget, and makes recommendations on insurance coverages for property, staff, team and ministry personnel, visitors and guests.

Human Resources and Leadership Development Team

The main goal of the Human Resources and Leadership Development Team is to ensure the success of the Church’s Ministry Groups. They provide training and opportunities for people to participate in these groups.

The Human Resources and Leadership Development Team consists of five (5) voting members, including the Vice Moderator for Human Resources and Leadership Development, and such other members as may be elected or appointed.

The Team adopts practices and behavioral standards for church leaders and members; develops employment and contractor procedures and policies; trains and supports Team and Ministry Group leaders.

The main goal of the Vision Team is to ensure the success of the church’s Ministry Groups. They build consensus with the congregation and facilitate achievement of the vision values, mission priorities and long range goals.

The Vision Team identifies the needs of our church’s local and worldwide community and ensures that the ministries adapt accordingly.
